Devlali is a hill station in Nashik, Maharashtra. The area is 17 kilometres from the centre of Nashik and is surrounded by areas such as Tagore Nagar, Laxman Nagar, Upnagar, Sane Guruji Nagar, Pathardi Phata, Kalpataru Nagar, Jay Bhawani Road, Indira Nagar, Dwarka and Deolali Gaon. The city is home to prestigious boarding school, Barnes School.

Devlali will soon have an airway connectivity, as an airport terminal is being made at the Ozar Airport. The Devlali Railway Station at Devlali Camp is the nearest to the area.
