National Highway 24 or NH 24 is a National Highway in India connecting Delhi to Uttar Pradesh state capital Lucknow through Ghaziabad, Hapur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Shahjahanpur and Sitapur. NH -24 corridor between Delhi and Dasna will be extended to 14 lanes as proposed by the government.

Infrastructure
The Delhi-Meerut Expressway which is located on NH 24 will enhance the connectivity of the region. The government in planning to expand the existing 6-lane road into 8-lane one.

Several residential properties are coming up in the region namely Ansal API Aquapolis, Wave Dream Homes, Ajnara Gen X, Supertech Livingston and Prateek Group Grand City, to name a few. The prices of the property on NH-24 are affordable as compared to Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and some clusters of Ghaziabad.
